Tristan and Alyssha’s destination wedding at the Bear & Bison Inn in Canmore, AB, was a winter celebration that struck the perfect balance between intimacy and grandeur. Set against the snow-draped peaks of the Canadian Rockies, it brought together family, friends, and a deep sense of connection. The real standout, though, was the outdoor lantern-lit ceremony. Yes. Outside. In the middle of winter. 

Guests bundled up, lanterns flickered, and snow gently fell as they shared their vows beneath the open sky. Inside the Bear & Bison, the celebration warmed up fast - long tables, great food, laughter echoing off the lodge’s wooden beams. cozy atmosphere, and built-in accommodations made it easy for guests to relax and stay close, all weekend long.
